Team 203 Girls Lacrosse Club is a year round, competitive lacrosse club that focuses on seasonal lacrosse training and the overall development of girls from fourth grade through their college careers.
Team 203 Lacrosse Club is a year round lacrosse club.
Club Tryouts (August)
These usually take place on two different days to accommodate as many players as possible, typically late July early August for the following years training and competition
Tryouts are open to anyone, and players are evaluated during two, evaluation sessions run by Team 203 Staff
Making the team ensures that you will be welcomed to the club and training begins Sunday's in early September.
Fall Training (September-October)
Six weeks of 2hr training sessions each Sunday throughout September and October
Open to all club players
Grades 4-6 - Focus on developing skills & introducing basic offensive/defensive concepts, transition drills & small field games
Grades 7-12 - Focus is more on the fine-tuning and application of skills within more complex offensive and defensive sets, transition drills & small field games
Fall Tournament Teams
Club teams compete in 1-2 tournaments
The objective is to field the most competitive teams possible, per high school graduation year so that we can optimize the girls’ experience/exposure to college coaching staffs, learn more through better competition amongst peers, more of a focus on what it takes to win games, and most importantly always, have fun!
Winter Session (January-March)
8-9 weeks during January, February through early March, one weekday/week
Open to all club players
Participation in this session ensures that you will be ready to “hit the ground running” when you link up with your town team come March
Spring (Late March-early June)
Players play within their towns and or private schools
Summer Tournament Travel Teams (Early June-Late July)
Early June program wide Mini-Camp
Teams practice twice/week and play four tournaments thru mid July
This is the time to shine. Teams are ultra-competitive and we travel to tournaments to play teams from all over the country
HS teams are typically sent to “Recruiting Tourneys” where they will be playing in front of numerous college coaches
Youth teams play a similarly competitive schedule which will prepare them for what’s to come in high school
What we’re trying to do is put the girls in the best position to improve each and every day for their town teams moving forward.
For the high school player, we are aiming to get them seen by college coaching so that they may showcase their skills within the team concept.
Youth players will see the benefits of playing with good talent as they improve their lacrosse IQ and overall skillset.
